Users must provide accurate and complete information, keep account information updated and protect passwords, OTPs and credentials. Users are responsible for activities performed through their accounts.
03User Categories
- Student: education, admission, counselling, scholarships, internships and career opportunities.
- Job Seeker: employment, internships and career opportunities.
- College / University: institutional information, courses and admissions.
- Company / Employer: job opportunities and candidate discovery. Users must register under the correct category.
04Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for ensuring submitted information and documents are accurate and lawful. ShikshaRozgar may review, verify, restrict or remove inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent or unlawful content.
05Platform Role and No Guarantee
Unless expressly stated otherwise, ShikshaRozgar does not guarantee admission, scholarship approval, employment, salary, placement, visa approval, academic results, employer selection or institutional acceptance. Final decisions are made by the relevant institution, employer or authority.
06Educational and Job Information
Users should verify final fees, eligibility, deadlines and institutional requirements directly with relevant institutions. Job listings do not guarantee employment. Users must not make payments to unknown persons claiming to represent ShikshaRozgar.
07Prohibited Activities
Users must not provide false information, upload fraudulent documents, impersonate others, post misleading information, upload harmful/unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, abuse users, scrape platform data or use the platform unlawfully.
08Intellectual Property
The ShikshaRozgar name, logo, design, content, graphics and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be commercially used without written permission.
09Payments
Certain services may be free while others may carry charges. Applicable fees, taxes and payment terms will be displayed before payment. Service-specific terms should be reviewed before payment.
10Suspension or Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for Terms violations, fraudulent information, misuse, unlawful activity or security threats.
11Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ShikshaRozgar is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate user information, independent user decisions, third-party services, university/employer decisions or technical interruptions beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India and disputes are subject to competent courts/authorities as applicable.
